Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of electronic services within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason. The declaration of withdrawal should be sent electronically to the address indicated on the Website. The right of withdrawal does not apply if, with the express consent of the user, the provision of services has begun before the expiration of 14 days, and the user has been informed of the loss of this right.

Complaints

The User has the right to file complaints regarding the functioning of the Service. Complaints should be submitted electronically, no later than 30 days from the occurrence of the problem. The complaint should contain data allowing identification of the user and a description of the reported problem. Complaints are considered within 14 days of their receipt.
